Inalfa Roof Systems Appoints Linda Gao as New President and CEO

Linda Gao laid the groundwork for Inalfa's successful business in China in the six years leading up to her current position.

FREMONT, CA: Linda Gao has been appointed as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect by Inalfa Roof Systems, a global leader in the automotive industry based in the Netherlands. Gao took over as the CEO and President of the company full-time in May 2021, succeeding Jörg Buchheim ad interim.

Linda has a history in engineering and chemistry and has worked in the automotive business for over 20 years. She will continue to manage the company's transformation effort, which will serve as a roadmap for the company's long-term growth goals in the global automotive market.

Alfa Roof Systems provides vehicle roof systems for practically all of the world's major car and truck manufacturers. The company is a member of the BHAP group, one of China's major automotive parts suppliers.

Linda laid the groundwork for Inalfa's successful business in China in the six years leading up to her current position. During this time, she was in charge of the company's robust and healthy regional growth strategy, which included the opening of six successful regional production plants in China. Gao will spearhead Inalfa's aim for the stable expansion of its presence in the global automotive manufacturing business, with a special focus on innovation, operational excellence, and integrated collaboration.
