Sator Tech primarily has two products: the energy distribution system and the underlying algorithm architecture. The EDS comprises four main components, which are the battery management systems (BMS), heat control management system (HCMS), charging control unit (CCU), and engine management system (EMS). SatorTech creates its own BMS for a broader shortboard effect of cell level dynamic adjustment. The HCMS can sustain the cell cycles through an end-to-end liquid heat control management system, which is a significant way to make the business model sustainable. The CCU has complete flexibility regarding the AC/ DC charging and DC/DC control systems. The whole system is known as ‘The Box’ and is compatible with over-the-air (OTA) upgradation keeping in mind the future EVs.

The algorithm system focuses on the autonomous driving part. Sator Tech is developing for the robotic charger called the Cube and its products. The Cube runs on an L4 Autonomous Driving with a low-speed path planning algorithm. The Cube’s motion also relies on simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) positioning algorithm with multiple sensor fusion inside, giving rise to L-SLAM and V-SLAM navigation (LIDAR and visual, respectively).

The most innovative part of the Cube is that it can go to different parking spaces and provide a charging service, so that the end users won’t have to search for charger-implemented parking slots. Sator Tech charges EVs considerably fast, and the solution is highly flexible and scalable. The mobile charging robot aims to solve many problems in specific scenarios, such as the commercial center, apartments, and office parking, wherein the cars are parked for an extended duration during the day or night.
